Does the China`s is able to change the internal-oriented policy toward an aggressive outward-oriented policy i.e., active foreign policy. What about the soft power pillar i.e. the culture. Is China able to reproduce a new-modern culture based on the Asian tradition that can be credible in the world stage and be accepted by the world`s population?
